Collection of new car not good. Accept DVLA accessibility not MINI fault but the fact that car was not ready i consider unsatisfactory as I had viewed car 1 week previous so I think plenty of time to get it ready.

From the minute we walked in and not intentially went to buy a new mini countryman. We were warmly greeted and invited for a test drive which we took up.. We part exchanged our 2 cars and bought the countryman Delivery was excellent a week later

A few problems with the car built in sat nav as this wasn't ready to use due to car needing a USB code from different dealership. Sales rep did try to rectify this and showed me how to use google maps. Also had problem with tyre pressure monitoring.

Myles was very helpful and gave all the time needed to finding me the right car and getting the payments to an amount I was comfortable with. When I collected my new car, Czilla was so helpful and kind!
