as above, plus they "lost" my car so I had to wait almost half an hour on collection while they wen to get it from the compoun
The service was good, the staff very helpful and efficient.
All interior lights keep dimming and then surging brightness. Mini said nothing wrong with car. Begged them to take for test drive. Apparently faulted on them. Replaced all instrument clusters (apparently) and still doing it.
mostly satisfied but unhappy that I wasn't contacted by them re my MOT they carried out the work without asking me I probably could have got done cheaper by my local garage
everything was done as discussed and on time, but, was sent to nearby BMW garage for a courtesy lift to city centre and no one has contacted me yet regarding a recall where parts were not immediately available
Was able to book my car in, took it in the garage and then 30minutes later I was phoned to say my car didn't need servicing for 2 years. Also sold the air con clean when it wasn't needed
Only thing is my mini is still saying it needs a service and need to get this reset which will probably mean another trip to the mini garage to get this recified !

I was satisfied as I was dealt with efficiently and my car was ready for a time which suited me.

Virtually perfect except for minor lack of product knowledge
Very prompt and efficient service, a number of issues with my vehicle which were all resolved within the day.
The control for the mirrors was put back on the door card the wrong way round. Over a week later I am still waiting for a breakdown of costs/parts/labour etc. Also not heard back regarding the scratches which were done at the garage.
Everything went smoothly, I was kept informed at all stages.
All costs were covered under the end of year warranty and was kept updated throughout the process.

The servicing I came in for went very smoothly and I had not a single complaint.
I am so happy with the experience and I think that is because I was served by Molly, she was so kind and pleasant and really took her time to listen to what I wanted, it wasn't a "typical car sales " experience
Had the mini serviced a week before the MOT and it passed with no problems. A week later at the service I was told I need new tyres and brakes replacing!!!! When I got home and checked the job sheet it was for someone else's mini!!!

Everything went well, there was a delay in the car arriving and I was kept informed
The sales rep didn't try and sell the car at all. He spent very little time going over the car. I felt that he did not want to be there. I went back to that garage due to the sercie I got last time but I will think twice about going back next time.

Received a call to say my at was ready for collection - I called back to confirm I would be there in about 40 minutes to collect it - the car wasn't ready and sonI sat around for half an hour waiting ... the same thing happened last november ...
