Collection of new car not good. Accept DVLA accessibility not MINI fault but the fact that car was not ready i consider unsatisfactory as I had viewed car 1 week previous so I think plenty of time to get it ready.

From the minute we walked in and not intentially went to buy a new mini countryman. We were warmly greeted and invited for a test drive which we took up.. We part exchanged our 2 cars and bought the countryman Delivery was excellent a week later

Everything was explained and the service was impeccable especially during busy periods the team apologised and ensured I was attended to and not ignored
